Happy Blankies- Everything Happy

Everything Happy began with an ingenious idea by 7 year old, David Holdridge.  He wanted to create something that combined his sister's beloved blankies and stuffed animals. And, the Happy Blankie was born.

Cute, cuddly and function, these little blankets will make any child smile and coo in delight, but the company's mission doesn't stop at bringing joy to just any one child at a time.  Their mission and philosophy of "one to love, one to give" brings a smile to two children each time someone makes a purchase as they donate to orphanages, hospitals and poverty-stricken communities where a little comfort is scarce.
I am continually in awe of companies who run by the "buy one, give one" motto.  There are a handful of them out there and yet this humomitarian is even more agasp at the fact that there are children who encompass this desire to give back, the ability to empathize and compassion that many adults lack. Maybe it is their childish innocence that makes it so easy for them to come up with an idea so simple, believe in it so whole-heartedly and make it a reality.  Whatever it is, Happy Blankies definitely bring a smile to my face and some serious warm and fuzzies to my heart.
They've expanded their products from the original Happy Blankie to pillows, stuffed animals of their signature characters, apparel and gift sets.  Check them out.  Even the website is so cute I want to cuddle something after browsing. www.happyeverything.com
